Kathy Vitali – Integrity is the cornerstone of my business. I believe a mortgage should be about building relationships, and helping my customers find the home loan that’s right for them. As a Shelter Home Mortgage Loan Officer, I’m here to answer your questions so you have a clear understanding of what you can comfortably afford. Many loan officers can help you get a loan. My mission is to help you find the home loan that’s right for you.

Michael McCollum – I’ve been helping buyers with one of the biggest financial decisions of their life since 2006. Prior to becoming a loan officer, I was a pastor and teacher for 16 years, so helping people navigate major life decisions has been the focus of my life. I am a graduate of Vanderbilt University and have been married to my wife, Jan, for 31 years. We have four children – a son and three daughters. Whether you are a first-time buyer or have bought and financed multiple homes, our goal is to help you navigate the mortgage process in a simple and transparent manner so that you can decide on a mortgage that will give you the lowest total cost over time. Our goal is to always close on time, never close “ugly”, and make this the best purchase experience of your life.
